Image from the Mo Moris series. This work uses the camera to understand the experience of integrating myself into the culture of the African isle of Mauritius. This work explores the search for equilibrium between being an outsider while also an invited participant through the use of the lens.

This image was produced for a photographic installation for an exhibition in 2014. It is a one-off print from an open edition series that is mounted on sintra board, with no acrylic on the front and a french cleat on the back to hang onto the wall.
